A Study on the successful employment case analyzing for the persons with hearing impaired through the linkage network

Abstract
The purpose of this study is providing the basic data for the persons with hearing impaired linkage network which deserve activation services coordination with related agencies, which analyzing the services with linkage network and previous services with linkage network by the seeking employment process during ten years the persons with hearing impaired who experiences of seperation. The sample of this study was intentionally composed, persons with the most extremely experiences of seperation who was employmed through linkage network and persons with stable job maintenance over three years up to now after employment services who was employed through linkage network. The results from this syudy, successful employment enlargement through the persons with hearing impaired linkage network must be closely connected with KEPAD(Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled) branchs, workshops, Deaf Korea and others, which is on the basis of the roles a strong point. specially KEPAD branchs must take charge of the Herb roles with constructing linkage network. The roles of the concrete each syetems is, First. KEPAD branchs must generally manage process of serises from the seeking employment counselling to the Following services. Secondly, personnel manager in workshop must do his best for offering a job and actively search a job of employment possible for the persons with hearing impaired. Thirdly, Deaf Korea must make a contribution for the Productivity and the stability of job maintenance. This working committee is judged an active method making a contribution on the practical employment enlargement which formed by KEPAD branchs, workshops, Deaf Korea.
